Len has more than 35 years of international banking experience in Emerging Markets. He served as Executive at Rabobank and ABN AMRO. Len holds a non-executive board seat at ADC’s portfolio company, BANGE, and has successfully led the restructuring as Interim-CEO at Premier Finance Group, Zimbabwe, before the entry of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated.

Cor looks back on a 36-year career at ING Bank, working in Africa, Middle East (Afghanistan) and Eastern Europe as CEO/COO. He was CEO of BANGE between 2008 and 2010 and is responsible for the successful turnaround of the bank and for turning the loss-making institution into a highly profitable bank. His specialty is start-up operations in Emerging Markets.

He worked 24 years for Citibank, 3 years for Barclays and has also managed fund raising and restructuring projects independently as an adviser and interim manager. He is the CEO of Banco Nacional de Guinea Ecuatorial since July 2011.

Peter has more than 25 years banking experience with major international banks in developed and emerging markets in the areas of Operations and Business Development. He served in leading positions at an Emerging Markets hedge fund as well as ING, ABN AMRO and further banking institutions globally. Peter is currently the Co-Director of BANGE and responsible for IT and operations of ADC’s portfolio company in Equatorial Guinea.
Jan Vondrácek

Jan joined RSwitch with extensive experience in the financial industry and others involving services. He has a solid understanding of the banking business, having worked in cash management e-commerce projects for Citibank. Thereafter he specialized in running outsourcing projects for service industry-oriented clients enhancing herewith efficiency in the operations area. Jan has successfully restructured the Finance department of RSwitch leading it to international standards and ensuring a consistent reporting line to ADC.
Serge Gasana

Serge is Managing Director of ADC Rwanda and has more than 15 years’ experience as a Manager of companies in various industries in Rwanda. Before joining ADC, he was Branch Coordinator of SONARWA, the largest insurance company in Rwanda and Managing Director of an IT and retail company in Rwanda. Furthermore he was Commercial Director of an international construction company in Rwanda.

Prisca is the Managing Director of ADC in Equatorial Guinea. Prisca has 10 years of professional experience in the political landscape of Equatorial Guinea. Amongst others, she worked in the Ministry of Finance as Inspector of Taxes, as well as General Director of the Internal Revenue Service of Equatorial Guinea. Prior to her position at ADC, Prisca was Chief Treasurer of the association of diplomatic spouses in the Federal Republic of Germany.
