H.E. EugÈne-richard Gasana

Co-founder ADC and Chairman of the Advisory Board

Eugène-Richard is a Permanent Representative of Rwanda to the United Nations in NYC and Chairman of the United Nations Commission for Peace-Building. Until recently, he was Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda in Germany and held various diplomatic positions prior to that. At the moment, Eugène-Richard is on leave due to government services.

 

Arthur Arnold

Former CEO of FMO (Dutch Development Bank)

Arthur looks back on 24 years experience in Emerging Markets. He is a former CEO of FMO, had several senior management positions with ABN AMRO, was Chairman of Management Board of Rabobank International and is an independent advisor since 2008.

 

joel kibazo

Former Spokesperson of the Commonwealth

Joel has a large political network with access to country leaders in the African Business and Diplomatic Community. He is a committee member of the Royal African Society and was the official Spokesperson and Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the Commonwealth. Prior to this he was a journalist at the Financial Times. 

 

 

verna eggleston

Former Commissioner of Social Development for the City of New York

Verna worked more than three decades with underserved populations and served more than sixteen years in large Municipal government agencies with responsibility for an expansive service portfolio, wide jurisdictional responsibility for local policy, budgets and work force. She was appointed Commissioner of the Human Resources Administration twice by Mr. Bloomberg and was Senior Policy Advisor during Mr. Bloomberg's first Mayoral Campaign. Currently she serves at Bloomberg Philanthropies, researching and developing projects in Africa.
