- Founding partner in KompasConsult, a European-based consultancy firm focused on the financial services industry. He has worked for a variety of banking and asset management groups to analyze, develop and restructure companies in the financial services sector
- Prior to this, he was Member of the Management Team of RabobankInternational’s Dutch wholesale business, in charge of operations and finance
- He started his career at ABN Bank in Saudi Arabia. His career with ABN spanned over two decades working in Korea, Argentina, UK, Amsterdam, Indonesia, Hong Kong and finally Singapore as COO of the regional Asia-Pacific team

- Until recently, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda in Germany (as well as in Austria, Bulgaria, Federation of Russia, Hungary, Poland, The Czech Republic and Romania)
- Prior to this, various diplomatic positions incl. Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in Bonn and Switzerland and First Counsellorat the Rwandan Embassy in Bonn

Joel Kibazo

- Founding partner of JK Asssociates, a London based public affairs consultancy focused on African business and finance
- Committee member of the Centre for the study of African Economies at the University of Oxford, The Royal African Society and the CainePrize for African Literature
- Prior to this, he was the official Spokesperson and Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the Commonwealth Secretariat as well as journalist at The Financial Times reporting extensively on African business and finance and emerging markets
- BA in Social Sciences, an MA in International economics and economic development as well as an MBA in international business and marketing
